Easy Housing Hostel Terms & Conditions 

Read all the following information carefully to ensure a pleasant stay with us and set the expectations straight before your arrival. By accepting our terms and completing the booking process you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms. Always check the details of your booking to ensure they are correct.

Please note a valid passport or EU identity card are required for all guests to check in. We legally cannot accept anyone without either of these documents. Driver’s license, non-EU identity cards or EU residence cards are not accepted. In case you require a visa to live in the EU, those details are must and required at check-in.

1) Standard Cancellation Policies:


– Non-refundable (Please note that all bookings made through our direct website booking platform are non-refundable. Meaning, in case of no-show or other cancellation reasons the amount paid will not be refunded.)

-Promotional Code (discounts) Conditions. If you are using a promo code, you will be required to make full prepayment of your stay. Failure to prepay the whole stay will result in the booking being cancelled. All bookings are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. Conditions for the affected promo codes are listed on our website.

-Cancellations are subject to individual reviewal and only accepted by email to welcome@imeasyhousing.com. You can call, however an email is still required. Cancellations are only valid once you receive a cancellation confirmation from us. If you do not receive a response it means we have not received your cancellation request!

2) Group booking policy:


-Groups of 6+ people, contact us for more details – welcome@imeasyhousing.com. Group bookings made via this booking engine may not be accepted! This applies also if you make multiple bookings for a group.
-No check out and check in on same date allowed, minimum 2 nights between check out and check in. You can extend your stay in advance at reception at anytime!
-No bed sharing in shared dorms!
-A private room means you are guaranteed exclusive use of the room, even if there are more beds than people booked.

-Booking multiple beds in shared dormitory rooms does not guarantee you will be accommodated in the same room. Small groups are recommended to book private rooms instead.
– On occasion, due to the nature of hostels, it can happen that guests need to move rooms during their stay.

3) Payments:


-Payments are processed during or after the booking process.
-We accept CZK and EUR as well as credit/debit cards.
-If you require a confirmation of your booking for a visa application, we will require a full amount non-refundable payment.

4) Check in / Check out time:

Our Reception Hours are from 9:00 until 21:00 o’clock. 

Check-in starts from 15:00 and ends at 21:00. 

Any arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 (midnight) are considered to be a late check-in for an additional late check-in fee of 25 EUR per room or 5 EUR per person in a Dorm.

Luggage storage:

You can store your luggage with us prior to check-in hours for 100 czk per person. 

You can store your luggage with us after check-out hours for 100 czk per person, latest by 18:00!

Kindly note that there are no check-ins available after midnight. Kindly note that arrivals after regular check-in hours must be communicated and agreed with our Hostel staff prior!

Group check-in policy: – Private/ Shared Rooms

Groups reservation valid for Groups 6+ people, are only possible to check-in as one Group. If there is anyone arriving earlier during the day can check-in earlier but has to have the damage security with him/her for the entire Group at check-in. The rest of the Group must check-in by 21:00 latest or communicate the arrival schedule prior to the arrival date.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not accept any type of stag/bachelor/bachelorette type of Groups at our property. We reserve the sole right to refuse accommodation (regardless whether it has been paid or not) to anyone who is under the influence or alcohol or drugs at check-in or anytime during accommodation.

5) Prices:


Prices displayed through our booking engine are the most up to date and therefore valid and might differ from prices displayed elsewhere. A confirmed booking is an agreement for the room and price available at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change; however, your original booking price remains valid at all times.

6) What is Included / Not Included in the room rate.


-Applicable for all type of rooms – Exclude City Tax, towels and linen. Towels may be rented at the reception. City Tax and linen are mandatory and payable on arrival. City Tax is 1 EUR per person per day and linen is 2,5 EUR per person per stay.

7) Damage:

-At arrival we collect a security deposit in the amount of 30 EUR per person or 1000 CZK per person. The security deposit is fully refundable at check-out if no damages have occurred during your stay, the House Rules have been thoroughly followed and no over noise has been produced by your Group.
-By accepting Easy Housing terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any damage caused to Easy Housing (including its staff, other guests or neighbours) by you, members of your group, or anyone invited to Easy Housing by your group. Further, you hereby authorise Easy Housing to charge your credit card (used for making this booking) for the entire amount required to restore the damaged area back to the condition it was prior to your arrival.
Noise and disturbance are not acceptable. Disrespect of our in-house rules may result in you being asked to leave and/or to pay a fine.

9) Smoking:


We are a non-smoking property. If you are found to be smoking within the property, you will be immediately fined 2,000 CZK (80 EUR).

10) EET


According to Czech law, a vendor is obliged to provide the customer with a receipt. At the same time, the vendor is bound to file that payment with the tax authority online; in case of a technical failure, within a period of maximum 48 hours.
“Podle zákona o evidenci tržeb je prodávající povinen vystavit kupujícímu účtenku. Zároveň je povinen zaevidovat přijatou tržbu u správce daně online; v případě technického výpadku pak nejpozději do 48 hodin.”

Beer Tours Terms & Conditions

The Beer Tours accepts bookings subject to the following:

1. Your Contract with Beer Tours: Customers accept the terms and conditions at the moment of payment. It is at this point that a contract between Beer Tours and the Client comes into existence. The Beer Tours reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion. The contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Czech Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech Courts. No employee of Beer Tours other than the managers has the authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund.

2. Payment, Cancellation, Refund and procedure to cancel a booking

The deposit paid is non-refundable. The balance of the entire amount due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be paid to Easy Housing by the date & place specified for each tour.

2.1. Cancellation fee / refund:

– Cancellation before 14 calendar days before the services begin: You will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. – Cancellation within 14 calendar days before the services begin: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

4. Changes by You: In case you book by e-mail, any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by email by the person submitting the booking. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and the additional requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

5. Changes by Us: While Beer Tours will use its best endeavours to operate all tours as advertised, by entering into this contract the Client accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary of modify a tour itinerary or its content due to prevailing local conditions. The Beer Tours reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices described in the advertising, and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes. If a major change becomes necessary Beer Tours will inform through the webpage the Client as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before the tour date. The definition of major change will depend on the individual tour and circumstances.

6. Cancellation by Us: Beer Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour in any circumstances but will endeavour to avoid this unless absolutely necessary. Beer Tours may not occur if there are less than fifteen people in attendance.

In case Beer Tour has been cancelled by us, you will be granted a full refund of the payment.

7. Travel Insurance: Clients together with their personal property including baggage are at all times solely at their own risk. Clients are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance. Clients making their own arrangements should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities in their tour.

8. Passports, identification and Visas: It is the responsibility of the Client to be in possession of a valid passport, identification and visa permit for the duration of the tour. Information about these matters or related items is given in good faith but without responsibility on the part of Beer Tours.

9. Age, Fitness and Participation: Beer Tours suit outgoing and energetic people. All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of the tour. Beer Tours reserves the absolute right to decline a booking at their discretion. Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of Beer Tours employees, tour leaders, and affiliates whilst on tour with us. If, in the opinion of such person, the health or conduct of a Client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour. On Beer Tours tours large quantities of alcohol are often consumed. All clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being. Beer Tours does not encourage any clients to engage in any dangerous activity or to drink excessively. Beer Tours cannot accept any responsibility if the client drinks too much or engages in dangerous activities and suffers injury, illness, death, loss or damage as a result.

10. Czech Laws and Behaviour: All participants in tours operated by Beer Tours are expected to obey Czech laws and regulations and any failure to do so will relieve Beer Tours of all obligations that they may otherwise have under these booking conditions. Any damage or losses caused by a Client is the responsibility of the Client. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time direct to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. If the Client fails to do so, the Client will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against Beer Tours as a result of the Clients actions. Beer Tours expects the Client to have consideration for other people. If, in Beer Tours opinion, any Client behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, annoyance or distress to any third party or damage to property, Beer Tours l is entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the tour of the Client concerned. In this situation, the Client concerned will be required to leave the tour. Beer Tours will have no further responsibility towards the Client. No refunds will be made and Beer Tours will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

11. Illness or Disability: Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment required during the tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and result in such persons being excluded from the tour in which case all monies paid will be forfeit. This will not prevent the Client from participating in the tour but will enable Beer Tours to take additional precautions for the Client’s safety and enjoyment at such times as may be appropriate.

12. If You Have a Complaint: If the Client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements the Client must bring it to the attention of the tour leader at the time so that they may use their best endeavours to rectify the situation. It is only if Beer Tours is made aware of any problems that there will be the opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on the spot will result in the Client’s ability to claim compensation from Beer Tours being extinguished. Should the problem remain unsolved a complaint must be made in writing to Easy Housing within 5 days of the completion of the tour.

13. By the time you order your first drink on the tour you must be of legal age set down by Czech Law in order to purchase and consume alcohol.

14. Our Responsibilities: The tours operated or supplied by Beer Tours have been designed to provide participants with an exposure to the true nature of the environment visited and therefore involve an element of potential risk and exposure to potential hazards. All bookings are accepted on the understanding that such risk and hazards are appreciated by the Client and that they undertake all tours at their own will.

Eligibility

Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. This Site is intended solely for users of drinking age in his/her country. Any registration by, use of or access to the Site by anyone not of drinking age in his/her country is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Servise. By using the Service or the Site, you represent and warrant that you of drinking age in your country and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Trademarks

The name Beer Tours and other Company graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Company in the US and/or other countries. Company’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Company.

Third Party Websites and Content

The Site contains (or you may be sent through the Site or the Service) links to other web sites (“Third Party Sites”) as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (the “Third Party Applications, Software or Content”). Such Third Party Sites and Third Party Applications, Software or Content are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third Party Sites accessed through the Site or any Third Party Applications, Software or Content posted on, available through or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices or other policies of or contained in the Third Party Sites or the Third Party Applications, Software or Content. Inclusion of, linking to or permitting the use or installation of any Third Party Site or any Third Party Applications, Software or Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave the Site and access the Third Party Sites or to use or install any Third Party Applications, Software or Content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern. The balance paid is non-refundable. 

2.a.1. Cancellation fee / refund (New Year’s Pub Crawl):
– Cancellation at anytime: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

All reservations made for Pub Crawl New Years are non-refundable.

If a Tour has been cancelled by Prague Pub Crawl, you will notified and full refund will be issued by Easy Housing.

PAID FOR TOURS

Thank you for booking a PRAGUE tour using our custom reservation system. We appreciate your trust in us and are looking forward to showing you the best that Prague has to offer.

After making an order, you should receive a booking confirmation to the email address you have provided to us. Please contact us if you do not receive a booking confirmation, as it might mean that your order has not been successfully processed.

All you have to do to redeem your booking is print your confirmation and present it, along with a valid ID or passport, at the meeting point for your tour.

If you do not bring a paper confirmation or a mobile application confirmation in combination with a valid picture ID (passport, driver’s license, official school ID), you will need to purchase a new ticket at the beginning of the tour.

DISCOVER PRAGUE Tours will never sell your personal information to any third-party company. We reserve the right to use data given to us for marketing and research purposes.

PLEASE PRESENT YOUR TICKETS (as a screenshot or print out)

It is important that you receive the ticket that is sent to the email address you specify when booking! Your email confirmation, which also contains your ticket for a booked tour, is sent immediately after your successful booking. If this confirmation does not arrive within five minutes something has gone wrong. Please check your junk email folder to see if the email has landed there, please also check that the email address you entered was indeed the correct one.

If you still have no luck, please email us asap at welcome@imeasyhousing.com giving us your name, the tour you booked and requesting the resending of the booking confirmation and ticket.

Should you arrive at the meeting point with no ticket, you’ll be asked to pay again!

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, BOOKINGS

PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY

Participation in a Prague Tour is strictly voluntary. Easy Housing, its contractors, and employees assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, inconvenience, sustained by any person using its services. We will not be held in any way responsible for to injuries to body, person, or property incurred during the tour. We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone for any reason at any time.
