We will use your personal data from the booking of your stay to fulfil our part of the and to provide you with the best possible accommodation service and experience as well as to satisfy all EU and Czech legal requirements. Your personal data are the ones that you yourself provide to us at the time of making the reservation or the booking engine you used to make the reservation. As well we collect personal data at check-in which is mainly used for the purposes of fulfilling Czech law for providing data to the Foreign Police for all of our guests. We are obliged by Czech law to keep a list of all guests (for 6 years) and electronically report passport details of all foreigners staying with us to the Czech foreign police. We are legally forbidden to let you stay without providing these details. It is our legitimate interest to keep your data as well as number of your personal document for at least 10 years in case you broke our House Rules, behave unlawfully, were threating to our staff of guests or have not paid for your stay so that we know next time you book. We sincerely hope any of the previous mentioned never happens. Shall you give us consent, we will keep and use your email to write you every once in a while, about our best deals and wonderful happenings in Prague. In case you do not want us to do so, please kindly let us know and we will erase your email from our system.
You can always ask us to update or erase your personal data or ask us for restrictions in their processing, file and objection or ask us to give you a copy of the data we have about you. This does not apply in case of the data used for the sole usage purpose for the Czech foreign police and us being obliged to keep such data by Czech law for at least 6 years.
